Task
The film follows a Korean brother and sister reuniting in Tbilisi after years apart. With only a week together, they rediscover home in a foreign land, as Tbilisi embraces them with its timeless warmth and charm before their paths separate once again. Here, the city is more than a backdrop—it steps into the role of a main character, honoring one of its oldest traditions: welcoming people from different cultures and offering them a place of comfort and belonging. Years earlier, after their father’s passing, the mother brought the sister to Georgia to begin a new life, while the brother remained in Korea. Now, they move through Tbilisi side by side, their days carried more by music and the city’s rhythms than by words—wandering its winding streets, tasting its flavors, and quietly rediscovering one another. What begins as the brother’s attempt to bring his family back to Korea becomes a journey of recognition: that his sister has already found her home here. In its tender silences and gentle observations, the film reflects on family, loss, and the unexpected places where our roots take hold.
